Civil Division

The Eureka County Sheriff's Office Civil Division works with the Sheriff in fulfilling all non-criminal requirements of the Sheriff's Office. 

This includes background investigations for Liquor Licenses, Concealed Carry Weapon application and renewal, HR 218 Applications and renewals and process services for the District Attorney's Office and other parties.
